Our Training & Evaluation team in Sofia is growing and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR COORDINATOR.
The Evaluation Coordinator will support teams in implementing program evaluation plans.
Will play a key role in the identification and creation of data collection instruments as well as data management and analysis, and presenting evaluation results to internal and external trainings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate program evaluation activities across programs and divisions
- Collect and summarize data from past and upcoming events and trainings
- Contribute to evaluation planning with training team, writing, and creating manuscripts, reports
- Work closely with company teams to track quality of programs and ensure that deliverables are being met
- Coordinate scheduling of project meetings as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong commitment to the values of Silver Star Group
- One to two years of experience with database management, including data analysis and creating reports
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of CRM
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience in working in partnership with community members
- Strong organizational and communication skills
